What is a label ribbon? In fact, the label ribbon is used to print labels. The general label ribbon is what we usually call the special ribbon for bar code printers. The ribbon is transferred to the label paper by means of thermal transfer. So what are the functions of different types of label ribbons?

The label ribbon has different types such as strong adhesive label ribbon, cable label ribbon, silver gray label ribbon, confidential label ribbon, silver gray label ribbon, and confidential label ribbon.

The following describes the use range and function of different types of label ribbons.
1. Strong adhesive label ribbon: It improves the strong adhesiveness of the label, which is convenient for users with special use requirements and environments, such as plastic film, polyester paint, stainless steel, glass surface, and PVC surface.
2. Cable label ribbon: suitable for cylindrical, round and oval surfaces, such as wires, cables, ropes and other surfaces.
3. Silver-gray label ribbon: suitable for product labels with a small quantity and many varieties.
4. Confidentiality label ribbon: The label ribbon has its unique function. When we tear off the label, it will generally leave a clear and obvious pattern. Confidentiality label ribbons are mostly used for equipment seals.
