Polyester tape is often used in clothing, gifts, shoes, hats, luggage and other industries to play a decorative role. It is a relatively common type of auxiliary material. The methods to distinguish the abrasion resistance of polyester tape mainly include the following two methods:

 

 

1. Dry conflict detection method, first lay the webbing or washing label flat on the bottom plate of the inspection machine of the manufacturer of the conflict-resistant color fastness webbing manufacturer, and then use the clamping device to fix the webbing or the washing label at both ends to make the webbing or the washing label The length and direction are consistent with the movement direction of the instrument.
Next, fix the webbing or washing label on the collision head of the collision resistance color fastness testing machine, so that the warp direction of the collision cloth is consistent with the running direction of the collision head. In the length direction of the dry conflict webbing or washing label, after starting the machine, the reciprocating stroke is 100mm, and the straight pressure of the conflict head is 9N. Separately check the warp and weft directions of the webbing or washing label. The humidity of the webbing or washing label and conflict cloth is adjusted in a standard atmosphere, and the experiment should be carried out in a standard atmosphere.

 

2. Wet collision detection method, the operation method is to soak the webbing or washing label with tertiary water, remove it and place it on the dripping net to evenly drip the water, or use the liquid roller to squeeze to make the water content reach 95%~105 %. The other operation steps are basically the same as the dry conflict checking method. After the wet interference check is completed, place the wet interference cloth to dry at room temperature.

 

Judgment of test results:
Use the gray sample card to identify and record the staining level of the dry and wet conflicts in the warp and weft directions and record them. Usually, velvet fabrics (cotton belts) (including textile carpets) use rectangular conflict heads, and other textile types use round conflict heads.
When checking the color fastness to collision, pay attention to it on the front of the webbing or washing label. If any dyed fiber is taken out and left on the collision cloth, it must be removed with a brush. If it is a lining fabric, it should be stored in a sealed, dark, and dry place to avoid contamination, moisture and yellowing.
Before the experiment, you should carefully check whether the conflict surface of the conflict head is smooth and not high or low, and ensure that the conflict cloth is firmly fixed on the conflict head and cannot be loosened. After fixing, the collision head should be carefully placed on the webbing or washing label to avoid accidentally adding the degree of staining.
